We have an opportunity for an exceptional Social and Content Manager to join the team in an ever-changing and dynamic environment and grow your career.
 
 
Day to Day
 
Working with the Digital Marketing Director, as Social and Content Manager your responsibility will be to develop and implement content plans for Universal Sony Pictures Entertainment’s social channels with the focus on driving growth, engagement and entertaining our audiences.
 
  • Internally lead the development and implementation of the advocacy and influencer strategy, working with engaged agencies.
  • Lead, develop and administer social content plans in line with the content strategy across owned assets, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Localise supplied content and create relevant content to grow, engage and entertain our audiences.
  • Develop and administer social and content plans for key releases and franchises with the local marketing team, agencies, content partners and global marketing teams.
  • Assist in managing the content plan for the website, including monthly reporting and developing content pages to support key releases and franchises.
  • Liaise with Agency partners to ensure that all promotions and campaign activity is seamlessly integrated in the product marketing calendar.
  • Develop reports to measure ROI across owned channels and play a leading role in reviewing effectiveness in conjunction with agencies & marketing team.
 
 
You’ll Need
 
We would love to talk to candidates who have 2 – 3 years experience working across B2C brands building social media presence and communities across multiple channels.
 
You will also be able to demonstrate experience across:
 
  • Brand publisher mindset with an ability to build and nurture strong relationships and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative and adept at Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
  • Experience in curating, researching and producing engaging content for an online audience.
  • Love of film and TV content and always up to date with the latest entertainment news.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities at once.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative suite/Photoshop.
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills, and a great eye for detail.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships.
