We need an energetic and self-starter who is able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities and can understand the main business drivers of current and potential customers, and design solutions accordingly.
You will identify new prospects to potential vendors or subscribers of data products and proactively sell these services, and form strong partnerships by developing and successfully implementing sales plans.
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will generate additional business with new and existing clients and close deals to meet individual/team quotas.
This role can be located in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
We want you to have:
- Market Data Sales experience
- Detailed knowledge of data distribution platforms.
- Strong knowledge in data and analytics selling across market data vendors in addition to buy-side and sell-side firms.
- A deep understanding of global financial markets.
- Extensive experience driving sales and revenue targets.
- Interacting with C-level executives
- Experienced with long selling cycles
- Confident in selling and communicating solution values.
- A strong network within the financial industry including Market Data Vendors, Broker-Dealers, Investment Banks, Asset Managers and HFT’s.
