A leading Property Consultancy based in North Sydney are currently seeking the talents of superstar Sales Manager who can oversee the operations and management of their bustling Sales department.
Day to Day
- Monitor department and individual performance on a monthly basis through the CRM and targets achieved
- Answer all incoming sales calls following the provided scripts
- Follow up all inbound enquiries will phone calls, sms and email communication to win the business
- Report to management on department performance on a weekly basis (sales and targets)
- Identify potential improvements to sales processes and procedures
- Discuss changes with Director and agree on outcomes and time frames
- Develop sales strategies
- Conduct effective and motivating daily sales meetings including drills and rehearsals of scripts ensuring all pertinent matters are addressed in an open and constructive manner, which stimulates and develops values and culture and drives performance outcomes
- Develop and write content for outbound marketing material
You'll Need
- Basic knowledge of the Property industry
- Sales knowledge and experience a must
- Sales experience with cold calling and learning scripts is highly beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills
- You'll be a meticulous organiser
