Day to Day
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will manage the GTM and day to day management of all products across the key marketing objectives by defining and executing strategies that increase awareness and adoption with existing and new customers that ultimately enable sales teams to deliver defined growth.
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Own and develop product positioning, value prop, messaging, go-to-market and rollout for existing and new products and features in alignment with key personas.
  • Develop buyer personas, build out internal understanding of critical audiences and motivations.
  • Develop product messaging, copy and content for assets across multiple channels; website, email, in product/app, webinars/events, sales enablement collateral such as case studies, competitor comparisons.
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to continually build out their product knowledge and provide them with the insights, positioning, messaging and product content they need to succeed.
  • Test, track and report on key campaign results and continually identify opportunities for improvement.
You’ll Need

We would love to talk with candidates who have around 3 + years proven experience in Product Marketing ideally within a B2B SaaS business
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
  • Experience across a range of marketing channels and technologies.
  • You must be great with words, be able to transform the complex into something clear, simple, succinct and compelling.
  • You are naturally curious, question how and why, whilst being a problem solver, able to connect the dots, or pivot if required.
  • You will be driven by data. You will need to be comfortable tracking, measuring and gaining insights from data to understand your impact and optimise.
  • We are looking for a strategic dooer, someone who has the ability to see the bigger picture but can also act, and move quickly.
  • We need a team player. You will need to collaborate across multiple teams; marketing, product, sales, support.
  • Have a solid understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
