Your New Role
 
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant person starting out in the Marketing profession or has interest in wanting to progress further in this field. As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting all functions of the wider marketing team to help achieve their daily objectives, and is also pivotal for maintaining and assisting in all administration that drive Marketing success.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of campaigns from planning to execution of events, promotions, product launches, and etc.
  • Toy Fair (Event) Management: Managing key stakeholders, Toy Fair stand setup and admin
  • Aid Senior Brand Relations Manager (SBRM) by helping to scope and recommend new business requests
  • Image requests for PR Agency and/or PR campaigns
  • Assist with developing the social media calendar, adding images and providing content copy and suggestions.
  • Assist Digital Managers to develop and execute targeted campaigns through digital channels (including, but not limited to, social, video and search execution) to increase engagement with the master and/or sub-brands through the online community.
  • Support Head of Marketing (HOM) with team events and organization.
  • Work with key stakeholders to plan and project manage marketing events including planning, costing and delivering events as agreed within timeframes
 
 
You’ll Need
 
Ideally, you have a basic understanding of marketing and have previously worked a high-impact consumer goods/toys/FMCG or even luxury brands space
  • Good analytical skills and experience with data to deliver reporting and relevant insights
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
  • Organised and methodical approach to tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated drive for consistent follow through and high quality work.
  • Positive and effective team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • An understanding of digital marketing
  • Thinks creatively and responds quickly when situations change.
