The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
- Assist in the delivery of HR programs (including engagement surveys; learning and development; ER/IR Compliance; employee communications; and reporting and analytics).
- Work with the Head of HR to establish and continue to improve HR operations policies and procedures.
- Manage and develop employee recruitment and onboarding processes for all new employees
- Oversee and support the maintenance of employee records including preparation of contracts/letters for new and existing employees.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience between 5-7 years working in an HR (ideally HR BP) function within FMCG – ideally in food, confectionery or body care type categories. You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge in IR/ER policies and practices.
- Independent and autonomous nature with a natural curiosity and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion and sound judgment in dealing with issues as necessary
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
