Your New Role
Reporting to an incredibly dynamic, professional, and entrepreneurial Head of Revenue and Operations, as Head Sales you will create and execute a business development strategy, that will help deliver revenue targets and strategic goals for the business.
The role will also be responsible for developing and nurturing a sales pipeline, driving performance and engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
What You’ll Need
You’ll have experience and relationships in the financial services sector or the home loan industry, with a strong history of sales, business development, and account management. You have a track record of developing sales strategies, competitor analysis, sales pipelines, and delivering revenue and customer retention targets.
You have the ability to utilise your financial services sector experience into a strategic sales plan, along with strong relationships to translate these into long-term commercial partnerships that drive outcomes for both parties.
You also have extensive experience in selling products, platforms, and audiences to financial service providers whilst immersing yourself in a brand proposition. You have a deep understanding of product and segments/customer lifecycles to drive effective business development strategies.

- Establish new and maintain existing networks and partners to deliver revenue targets and also customer acquisition targets.
- Analyse competitor platforms, market conditions, and customer acquisition strategies of the partners, to ensure the strongest possible product offering and sales pipeline.
- Work with Audience Growth and Customer Success teams to ensure that partners are getting the most from the platform’s users and features to maximise their customer acquisition and meet their business development strategies.
- With the HoRO, attend, present, and evangelise at industry events that provide the strongest possible market profile and awareness, and help position the business an authority and industry leader.
- Ensure that all sales collateral, pitch decks, and B2B communications are up-to-date and relevant being aligned to the business strategy
