Day to Day
 
Reporting to General Manager, the Head Of Marketing role is a key strategic and leadership role within the business and manages a large team across varied disciplines. The role is responsible for driving and executing a multi-channel acquisition, retention, brand and communication strategy that drives the success of the overall business.
 
The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy, capabilities and processes.
  • Ownership and management of the entire marketing budget
  • Lead and develop a large team that is cross functional, whilst ensuring succession planning for leaders of the future.
  • Deliver high impact, innovative and commercially focussed programs which result in brand building.
  • Hands on approach and work seamlessly and effectively with the stakeholders in the Leadership, Sales, and Operations teams as well as across the wider group to deliver objectives
  • Implement and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across physical and digital channel
  • Deliver agreed upon strategies that see measurable key metrics such as CPA and GA’s
 
You’ll Need
 
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven extensive experience of being a high performer in their organisation, having worked in a highly recognised consumer organisation, you will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of commercial experience in the consumer product arena.
  • Relevant Marketing Tertiary Qualifications.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated results orientations.
  • Strong track record of leadership and ability to set clear direction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals and enhance relationships within a complex customer environment
  • Significant attention to detail, whilst being a creative thinker.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • A self managed and motivated attitude with the ability to work cross functionally across the business.
