Your New Role
Based in Sydney and reporting to the EGM Sales & Marketing the role will ensure standardised sales systems and operations through policy, process, training, analytics, and administration along with the establishment and implementation of commercial best practices that maximise profitable revenue.
Main responsibilities:
  • Implement, develop and standardise price increase process and ongoing management of pricing architecture across all product streams
  • Oversee the development of Product mix, customer selection, service fee recovery and segment strategy.
  • Development and Implementation of Salesforce effectiveness program including sales training
  • Implementation and oversight of customer engagement program
  • Ensure Fit for Purpose supporting tools, systems, and processes
  • Ensure effective sales administration and support
You’ll Need
Ideally, you have upstream and downstream experience (such as energy sector, mining, and manufacturing) in the deployment of system enhancements and demonstrated experience in group wide process planning and execution that ultimately influences and align sales teams to execute the marketing strategy
  • Leading, building, and training people and teams to achieve results
  • Building effective working relationships at all levels
  • Leading company-wide change management programs
  • Presenting to company investors and boards through to frontline staff
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a very fast paced environment is crucial to the success of this role.
  • Solid experience in working with and negotiating.
  • Ability to demonstrate and deliver best practices
  • Have a true General Manager vision in seeking ideas and identifying solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands
  • Strong communicator & collaborator.
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills.
  • Being proactive, taking initiatives and high attention to detail
