About Them
A well known Aussie company who are leaders within their industry are currently seeking an unflappable Senior EA who can support their CEO. Based close to Parramatta, this hands-on role will be heavily involved in taking minutes as well as being a step ahead of their phenomenal & inspiring CEO.
Day to Day
- Manage all travel needs both nationally & internationally
- Attend meetings & take minutes
- Managing all correspondence
- Preparation of presentations, reports & papers
- Prioritise & follow-up on issues and concerns involving the CEO.
- Prepare expense reports and manage payments for expense items.
- Be first point of contact to the CEO's office this includes being a fearless gatekeeper
- Undertake any adhoc personal errands & projects for the CEO as directed
You'll Need
- Minimum of 10years C-suite exp
- Must possess longevity in past roles.
- You'll be exhaustively meticulous
- Must be adaptable & show initiative
- Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal are absolutely essential
- Possessing a warm & engaging persona is paramount
