Leading Financial Services/Federal Government initiative based in the CBD are currently seeking a meticulous Executive Assistant/Office Manager who can provide high-end support to their phenomenal SLT whilst also wearing the hat of their fearless Office Manager.
This is a maternity leave role that may be extended therefore people with a working holiday visa will not be considered.
Your new role
Your day to day will incorporate:

- Extensive diary management and scheduling - coordination of meetings with both internal team and external stakeholders.
- Prepare daily briefings of priorities, schedule and commitments
- Prepare and send necessary meeting materials
- Creation of meeting agendas, meeting notes and memos as requested
- Manage expenses
- Coordinate all travel requirements
- Oversee projects as requested by the SLT
- Personal errands and lunches
- Maintain and protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential
- Management + tracking of SLT's business contacts
- Manage & mentor a Junior Admin Assistant
- Oversee general office management duties including facilities management
What you Need
- This role will require someone to start early February
- The ideal candidate will possess 8 years plus EA & Office Management exp within a corporate environment.
- A mature approach with a highly corporate demeanor
- Immaculate presentation & communication
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- Experience mentoring & managing support staff ESSENTIAL
