Your New Role
Reporting to the Channel Director for e-Commerce, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for vibrant e-commerce marketer to lead the planning, execution, and implementation of eCommerce campaigns across strategic key account that drives growth.
Main responsibilities:
  • Create, socialise, and implement full-year strategic marketing/promotional plans for specific eCommerce sites across local eCommerce retailers (e.g. e-com calendar, paid search, social, newsletters, landing pages, etc)
  • Support sales in key customer planning and negotiation activities, development and execution of off-site traffic driving plans
  • Responsible for crafting detailed campaign/activity plans in collaboration with KAM and customer
  • Lead on-platform advertising execution for key partner sites (e.g. Amazon) while upholding brand values and tailoring an approach to specific markets and Partners
  • Perform market analysis including understanding changes of current product market share, understanding key category trends and market dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities within specific eCommerce channels
  • Analyse key competitor actions & strategies and emerging trends in eCommerce Marketing
  • Conduct promotional activity
  • Develop insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies for partner sites
  • Support development of local platform marketing strategy, including assortment portfolio by partner, price-point guidelines, promotional guidelines, strategies to avoid channel conflict
You’ll Need
We’d love to have a chat if you’ve had 4 + years experience in Marketing with a focus on eCommerce or platform marketing specifically, and come from a Toys, Ad Agency, FMCG, Grocery, or large Retailer background
  • Detailed knowledge of digital marketing tools and best methodologies in the B2B landscape
  • Direct “hands-on keyboard” experience with digital media at B2B eCommerce accounts or external media agencies.
  • Experience with consumer-packaged goods strongly preferred
  • Deep solid understanding of large international eCommerce sites, including an understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies
  • Your previous role focused on shopper-orientation and, customer-focus
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing functions, especially digital marketing (preferably performance marketing)
  • Strong willingness and proactive attitude to engage, spar and influence on key responsibilities
