One of the largest multinational accounting firms is looking for a passionate Desktop Support Level 2.
The client is based in Sydney CBD with excellent growth prospects.
Your new role
- Monitoring/responding to incoming requests and providing second level support
- Work with Microsoft Office suite
- Resolving national support requests
- Providing support to staff in a face to face capacity on the ground
What you'll need
- Experience in providing staff training and creating training videos / articles an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft desktop environment
- Experience resolving entering support request in person, over skype, email and phone
- Configuring and Installing personal computers, mobile devices, software and peripheral equipment
