Join our clients business as the Creative Manager, where you'll drive the development and execution of the brand and creative strategy. Your role will focus on delivering innovative and consistent visual communication across all platforms, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive landscape.
As the guardian of their visual identity, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting compelling and original creative concepts for campaigns, products, and content. You'll also be responsible for defining brand guidelines, establishing copy and messaging frameworks, and ensuring consistency through design templates.

The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Create, oversee, and execute the visual brand blueprint, encompassing the development of comprehensive frameworks, guidelines, and templates.
- Advocate for the correct application of visual branding tools, across the organisation, to align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand identity.
- Ensure the visual consistency of all media channels through optimised workflows for messaging, content and campaigns.
- Oversee the production of comprehensive design layouts, utilising mediums from photography, illustration to computer-generated imagery.
- Collaborate with the Campaign and Marketing Managers by providing support on creative direction, managing workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects.
You’ll Need
We would love to talk to candidates who have around 5 years of experience in a creative role within a complex stakeholder environment. Your background is ideally from Agency, finance, banking, big 4 consulting, or insurance type industries.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:
- Qualifications in Visual Communication, Marketing and/or related field; or a portfolio showcasing exceptional design and branding work.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage and take creative briefs from stakeholders, translating their goals into compelling visual solutions.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with online briefing systems.
- Experience managing and working with external creative agencies on corporate collateral, electronic direct mail and front-end web design.
- Exceptional understanding of brand management principles, colour theory, and art working for print production including re-touching.
- Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and work well under pressure.
- Commitment to drive creativity and design innovation.
