A leading brand within the Global Music Industry are currently seeking a highly astute EA who can support their inspirational CEO with a mix of both business & personal support.

The CEO is extremely passionate & hands-on therefore requires a fearless gatekeeper who can manage their time effectively to ensure the CEO can work "on the business & not in the business".

Responsibilities will include (but not always limited to);

• Extensive diary management
• Coordinating travel for the CEO & team
• Put together board reports
• Take minutes at meetings
• Preparation of presentations
• Develop relationships with any key stakeholders associated to the business
• Coordinate numerous company events & conferences
• Manage expenses
• Undertake any adhoc personal errands for the CEO

 

You'll Need

• 6 years min EA exp within an ASX listed Co. Media/Entertainment industry exp would be ideal
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience collating board reports essential
• A pragmatic, friendly and down-to-earth approach
