Business Operations Manager

As the Business Operations Manager, it’s my job to make sure that our day to day operations run smoothly. I maintain systems, accounts and billing and manage our contractor and permanent databases. I also support the team with candidate research and resourcing. 

Before joining Talent. Realised in 2016, I worked as a salesperson person and in administration for some of the world’s largest fashion and retail brands and in the not-for-profit sector. 

In my current role, I work with a fun (and slightly crazy) team of energetic recruiters.  And the best part is that I get to combine my favourite parts from all my past roles in my everyday work.

If being organised was a hobby, I’d list it as my number 1! My ‘official’ hobbies are shark diving, DIY and spending time with family. I love them almost as much as getting things in order!
