The most important people in business aren’t really who everyone thinks they are! I’ve been recruiting for over 25 years and I believe it’s the Executive Assistants and extended business support teams that form the backbone of the most successful organisations.

I lead the Business Support team at Talent.Realised. We find permanent and contract staff for both the private and public sectors.

I also run EA Elite, our business arm that caters specifically to senior Executive Assistants. EA Elite was established to fill a gap in the recruitment market place for top EA talent. We place Executive Assistants at Board and C-level at top ASX companies.

Building relationships and finding out what makes people tick is what drives me. It’s helped me create a vast network of exceptional talent. It’s a network bursting with trustworthy, reliable and empathetic people who take enormous pride in what they do. I feel very lucky to know and grow with these people. Hopefully I’ll be recruiting for the next 25 years!
